Meadow Park Apartments is 3 story off-campus apartment complex that is pet friendly. It was constructed in 2005 and opened in 2006. This apartment complex was build specifically for those seeking off-campus housing experience. It offers a nice, cozy, comfortable, classic, and spacious homely feel. These are just a few words that are used to describe our lovely apartments. The unique architectural exterior and interior has a comforting welcome that warms-up your inside. From the soft touch paint on the walls to the classical kitchen designs and utensils, everything makes this apartment feel more at home … It was designed so as to create that calm, atmosphere that is conducive for learning. furthermore the area is safe and secure, our fully gated property, with 24hr camera monitoring systems detours trespassers, additionally the building is equipped with an access codes upon entry as added security.
Location
Meadow Park is located in the student vicinity of True Blue, St. George's, Meadow Park is just 12 minutes walk or 5min drive from & to the St. George's University campus. Our apartment is easy to find and conveniently located 2mins walk to SGU bus stop. In close proximity you will be able to access the pharmacy, barber & hair salon, lots of outdoor restaurant &bar and other entertainment. The Grand Anse shopping center and famous beach is easily accessible from here (less than 10 minutes drive).

Each apartment is identical with two bedrooms, one bathrooms, kitchen, living quarters and ... The apartments are fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and washer/dryer combo. Not to mention our fold out couch bed and 55'' smart tv for your entertainment needs. Our room rates includes water, internet, gas & free parking. Not included is electricity. We also offer weekly housekeeping service to keep the rooms clean, tidy and comfortable, for those stressful days.
